The Permanent Slimming Secrets
The F Factor Diet was created by Tanya Zuckerbot (a nutritionist). It’s not a lose 15 lbs in 2 days gimmick, it helps you develop a new, healthy way of eating that results in permanent weight loss.
The F Factor Diet is designed not only to promote weight loss but also improve the appearance of skin and hair, boost energy levels, as well as reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, colon and breast cancer.
The diet is based around recipes that increase the intake of high fiber foods. Fiber helps to promote the feeling of fullness and to reduce appetite. The high fiber content of the diet means less chances of being hungry during the dieting process, as well as improvement of the digestive process. Lots of fruits and vegetables.
One of the cornerstones of her plan are GG Scandinavian Crispbread crackers. Each cracker is 12 calories and has 5 grams of fiber. Like she said on the show, they’re not great on their own but great when topped with something like a Laughing Cow Light wedge, a teaspoon of peanut butter or a little turkey breast and mustard. Here’s a quick meal or snack made with GG crispbread that packs a load of nutrition into a small package — sardines on GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbread (at right). This is a hard-core healthy snack.
There are three stages to the diet: 1) Detox 2) Continued Weight Loss 3) Maintenance
The diet allows you to also eat low-fat meats and cheeses.

- Fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, pear, apple)
- Vegetables (salad greens, broccoli, asparagus, sweet potato, cabbage)
- Whole Grains (brown rice, whole wheat bread)
- Beans and Legumes (garbanzos, black beans, lentils, pinto beans)
- Nuts (peanut butter, almond, pistachio, walnut)
- Fiber One Cereal
